Nice to meet you, my name is Athena! I am very graceful and full of wisdom but don't let that fool you I still have a lot of spunk in me to run after a tennis ball... only problem is, sometimes I don't want to bring it back! I am smart, very attentive, treat motivated (but takes them gently), and even knows tricks like paw and speak. On my special trips to Wendy's I ride well in the car sitting in the back seat like a lady. Volunteers take me on weekly trail walks and I have met horses, other walkers, and plenty of bicyclists - I met all with calm interest. I was curious about the horses but wanted to keep my distance. However, I did crouch and back away from a boisterous little boy who approached me too quickly, so I would do better in a home without small children.
