Bold Brownie

Meet Brownie. This little man is 13 years old but full of life! He loves people, preferring to be in your lap or at your feet more than anywhere else. Brownie came to VOCAL as a transfer from another facility and was in rather poor shape, but is truly doing wonderfully now! While he does have cataracts his foster mom reports that he gets around perfectly well, even loving his short walks around the neighborhood.
