Cleopatra; Queen of Hearts!

Like the historical woman whose name she shares, our Cleopatra is both beautiful and intelligent. She may not be the queen of Egypt, but she’s ready to be the queen of your heart! Cleo is a lady of experience at 6 years old, and has the most striking brown and white patchwork fur. She is always turning heads wherever she goes… and she loves to go places! On car rides she has the regal bearing of a Queen, sitting up straight and watching the world go by through her window. She shows her good manners in the house, not presuming to jump on the bed or couch before asking permission. Cleo would probably engage well with formal training and be a star pupil. She enjoys walks, and is polite on the leash. Cleo also seems to think herself a bit of a huntress, so she might go for little critters or get interested in smells. She loves to run and play fetch, but most of the time she is quite happy to just sack out any place the mood strikes her. Speaking of beauty sleep, Cleo is comfortable in a crate, but will sleep through the night in her own bed without a stir. Just don’t expect her to be the first one up! Cleo loves people, and has a desire to be good protector of her home and family. She has made some dog friends, but seems mostly to be a people dog and would be a loyal companion to whomever is fortunate enough to adopt her. Cleo, queen of hearts, is ready to be crowned!
